The successful tandem Schlief - Stiens from Oelde, Germany, can definitely be labelled as one of the current greatest collectors of the old strain of Leo Heremans. They bred National ace pigeons and Olympiad pigeons from Leo's old base, as there are ‘Olympiade 003’ - ‘Rossi’ - ‘Euro’. In this auction we find an exceptional class, nicely bred back to this ancient base with which so many champion lofts have been built !
